M.S. Organizational Leadership & Leadership And Organizational Change Certificate

Organizations require effective, knowledgeable, and fluid leaders to accomplish organizational goals, leading change and adapting to new environments in today’s complex world. Our Master of Science in Organizational Leadership degree is a multidisciplinary program, designed to equip you with these skills that will empower you to lead and follow in impactful ways. 

The Leadership & Organizational Change certificate offers a foundation in the process of personal, group, and organizational change, ways in which change is introduced and implemented in organizations, and how to sustain an organizational change culture. Students can use this 9 credit certificate as a stand alone certificate or use the credits as an entry point into the Masters Degree program.
