Restore 22 Yoga Stand Down

Gina understands that practicing yoga is often a new experience for veterans and that they each have different physical abilities and varied states of mental health. As such, she is always prepared to offer alternatives for each pose and meditation. She can quickly assess the needs of each person and tailor the class as necessary.

This program is open to anyone who has ever served in the U.S. military and a guest. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. There is no charge to attend.
