The undergraduate business certificate program is aligned with market trends to enrich career opportunities and enhance professional credibility. Students learn the fundamentals of business management, accounting, and marketing, and gain a broad view of the key functions at the heart of any organization in order to make better decisions and accelerate their career growth.

The 13-credit certificate is customizable with one 3-credit business elective of the student’s choosing. It is offered in online or on-ground format.

Sales

The undergraduate-level certificate in sales provides the necessary skill sets to be successful in sales and sales management positions. The program covers various aspects of sales terminology, the psychology behind sales and its impact on sales personnel, management of brands and categories of products, sales analytics, consultation and relationship building, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Logistics

The undergraduate-level certificate in logistics provides the necessary skill sets to be successful in supply chain or logistics management positions by covering logistics terminology, finished goods flows, inventory management, supply chain analytics and performance measures, and warehousing and transportation issues from a marketing perspective.
