After seven years in the workforce as a production engineer, moon township resident Kayla Williams decided to further her career with an MBA from Robert Morris. Thanks to the flexible online format, Kayla graduated with her MBA in two years while working full-time at BASF, the largest chemical producer in the world.

During her time at RMU, Kayla also made plenty of meaningful connections. “One of my favorite things about the MBA program was networking and meeting new people. I’m grateful for everything I’ve learned at RMU and the people I’ve met along the way.”

Outside of work and school, Kayla enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, the outdoors, cooking, and playing board games. She also recently adopted a dog, Luna, an 8-month-old Border Collie & Australian Shepherd mix, and loves spending time and going on adventures with her!
