For Students

Eligible high school students are invited to apply to the program in the winter of their Senior year.

Eligible High School students will receive their invitation via mail. Applications are thoroughly reviewed by The WLMP Advisory Council, which consists of RMU Faculty, Staff, and Leadership. Each application is read in full and taken seriously.

For Students

Eligibility for High School Students 

  • 3.5 GPA
  • Incoming First Year Student to RMU 
  • Demonstrated Leadership 
  • Four year commitment to the program. Exceptions can be made for early graduates.

Professional Mentors

RMU Faculty and Staff Members

RMU alumni and other professionals can engage with The WLMP by serving as a Professional Mentor to a Junior or Senior student. If you are passionate about young women’s empowerment, this is an opportunity for you to share your experiences, expertise, and encouragement with outstanding students.

Are you a professional with a skill, insight, or presentation that would benefit our students and community? The WLMP regularly connects with speakers and facilitators to give leadership presentations and workshops to students.
