RMU Banner administrative or 'AppNav' users have access to a variety of online training and documentation. In addition, Ellucian has a YouTube channels that contains various 'how to' videos.
On-Demand Training
Ellucian provides online training via their Customer Center. You must first sign up for access via this link: https://www.ellucian.com/customer-center and click 'Sign Up'. After your RMU email account is validated, you will be emailed instructions on how to log into the Ellucian Customer Center.
After you log into the Ellucian Customer Center, you will see a page header that looks similar to this:
Click on 'Resources', then 'Training'. You will see a page similar to this where you can browse online learning by Learning Plan or Subject Area. Follow the prompts to enroll and view the training.
You can also find a variety of online documentation under the 'Resources' area of this web site.
