If working remotely:
- You will not need to connect to the VPN (Forticlient or CISCO AnyConnect) to use Banner self-service.
- You will need to connect to the VPN to use Banner "AppNav".
Banner Application Navigator (AppNav) Login
Banner AppNav is the comprehensive Banner system used to maintain and view student and staff information. Only Faculty / Staff will use Banner AppNav.
- Log into to Banner AppNav via the RMU Sentry web site.
Accessing the Self-Service Portals
- Log into Banner Self-Service via the RMU Sentry web site.
Hint: If you have trouble logging into Banner via SSO and are setup as a valid Banner user, please try opening a "New incognito window" in the Google Chrome browser (click the 3 dots in the upper right of the Chrome browser), copy the URL (link) for the Banner system you are trying to log into, and try to log in.
