If working remotely:
- You will not need to connect to the VPN (Forticlient or CISCO AnyConnect) to use Banner self-service.
- You will need to connect to the VPN to use Banner "AppNav".

Hint: If you have trouble logging into Banner via SSO and are setup as a valid Banner user, please try opening a "New incognito window" in the Google Chrome browser (click the 3 dots in the upper right of the Chrome browser), copy the URL (link) for the Banner TEST or PRODUCTION system you are trying to log into, and try to log in.
