Conflict is an inescapable part of interpersonal interactions in organizations and organizational lives whether interpersonal or because of organizational policy and practice. Learning how to deal with conflict effectively is an essential skill without which people cannot lead others. This course is designed to enable students to understand the cause and management of conflicts in organizations.3 Credits
