Every user at RMU is provided with a unique account username that is used to access various technology services including email, Sentry Secured Services, Patriot, VMware View, printing, campus computers, and more. Each student is provided his/her username after acceptance and each employee is provided his/her username after a hiring decision has been made.
After activating a new account or resetting an account password, users should allow up to 5 minutes for the change(s) to take effect before reporting a problem.
Users should not disclose their password(s) to anyone. University personnel will never request user password(s).
