The Help Desk is an Information Technology organization that offers support for any computing or technical problems. The Help Desk office is located on the second floor of Hale, room 205.
Walk-ins to the Help Desk Office are welcome!

Everyone is encouraged to use the new MoBot chat tool that is displayed in the lower right of this screen! MoBot is available all the time; click the icon to start your MoBot conversation. If a help desk agent is available, MoBot will attempt to connect you to an agent. If no help desk agents are available to chat, MoBot will help you.
In addition to using MoBot, you can also send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a voice message at (412) 397-2211.
