The Help Desk is an Information Technology organization that offers support for any computing or technical problems. The IT Help Desk office is located on the second floor of Hale, room 205.
Walk-ins to the IT Help Desk Office are welcome!

Please try out the new MoBot chat tool displayed in the lower right of this screen and available via text messaging (412-397-7469). MoBot is available all the time; click the icon to start your MoBot conversation. If a help desk agent is available, MoBot will attempt to connect you to an agent. If no help desk agents are available to chat, MoBot will help you.
