Rune magazine is the student literary magazine at Robert Morris University. Rune accepts poetry, short stories, dramatic writing, and other writings along with photography and art from both the Robert Morris and Pittsburgh communities. These are edited, and placed in a creative process, including layout design, by the student members of Rune staff to create an intellectually stimulating and enriching experience. Rune is open to all fields of study within Robert Morris and all students are encouraged to participate and contribute in Rune’s growing and exciting future.

RMU Sentry Media is the award-winning independent, student-run converged media outlet for Robert Morris University. It adheres to the Journalism Education Association’s Scholastic Press Rights policy promoting student press freedom and editorial independence through a “hands-off” approach, allowing students to control content decisions without prior review or censorship.

Located in the Academic Media Center, Room 100 Patrick Henry, RMU Sentry Media serves the Robert Morris University and Moon Township communities by seeking truth through fair and accurate reporting while welcoming diversity and providing a forum for free and responsible expression of student opinion.
