Windows Wifi Print

Printing to an RMU printer from your own computer has never been easier. For our Windows users, we have a number of different installers for each of our wireless-enabled printers on campus. Select the version of Windows that you're using and download the installer below.

This service currently will work on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 PCs and prints to any of the following printers.

Windows 10 users - be sure to right click and select "Run as administrator" when running the installer. You will receive an error message if you just double-click on the installer. You may also have to "allow" the installer to run if Windows SmartScreen appears and states that the installer is not trusted.

Academic Print Server - PS01

Administrative Print Server - PS02
